Psychotherapy

Deepen Awareness. Cultivate Change.

Therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and transformation, and we feel honored that you're considering us to be a part of your journey. In our work together, we aim to create a compassionate and supportive environment where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We will honor your unique strengths while also helping you navigate any challenges or difficulties you may face.

We draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet your needs, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Interpersonal Neurobiology-Informed Psychotherapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian)

  • Polyvagal-Informed Psychotherapy

  • Play-Based and Expressive Therapies

  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

  • Relational Psychotherapy

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

  • A safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space: We are committed to creating a space that is both emotionally safe and confidential—where you can explore your thoughts and experiences without fear of judgment or criticism. Trust is the foundation of our work together, and everything you share will be held with care and kept private within the boundaries of legal and ethical guidelines.

  • Collaboration in the healing process: Therapy is a partnership. Together, we will identify your goals and work together to achieve them, focusing on what matters most to you.

  • Strengths-based approach: Our approach is rooted in building on your existing strengths, while supporting you as you navigate any challenges. You are the expert on your life, and our role is to support you in discovering solutions that work best for you.

  • Working through emotions: It's normal to experience a wide range of emotions during therapy, including sadness, anger, anxiety, or guilt. These feelings are often part of the healing process. Our goal is to walk alongside you as we understand and hold these emotions with compassion, helping you move through them.

  • Tailored to your needs: Whether it's managing anxiety, improving relationships, navigating life's transitions, or supporting a child or family member, we tailor the therapy process to your unique situation and needs.

We offer in-person and virtual sessions. In-person therapy can support deeper relational connection, while virtual sessions offer convenience and flexibility
