Location
Our office is located in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, VA, easy to access from downtown DC or Northern Virginia.​​​
By Metro
We're less than a block from the Virginia Square Metro Station (Orange/Silver Line), directly across N. Fairfax Drive.​​​
Parking
Metered street parking is available around the building (enforced 8 AM–8 PM). There’s also a paid lot next door, accessible via 10th Street North. Additionally, free parking is available at the Arlington County Central Library just behind the building for library and park patrons.​​
When You Arrive
When you arrive at the 3801 Professional Building, take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor. You’ll find Suite 30 at the end of the hall on your right. Please make yourself comfortable in our waiting area — water, tea, and coffee are available.​​​​
Facilities
​Single-stall bathrooms are available on all floors (except the first floor) within the building directly across from the elevators. The code to enter the bathrooms is available in the Suite 30 waiting area.

The therapy room includes soft and supportive seating, natural light, and elements like plants and books that contribute to a grounding and welcoming atmosphere. We also offer a variety of sensory tools, fidgets, and expressive materials to help meet your unique needs. These resources allow us to incorporate creative and experiential approaches into therapy whenever it feels helpful for your healing work.
