In our practice, we honor the complexity and beauty of exploring gender and sexual identity as a deeply personal and unique journey. Whether you’re just beginning to ask questions or seeking support to deepen your understanding of who you are, we’re here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.
We specialize in supporting individuals across the lifespan who are exploring aspects of their identity—whether that means naming a truth you’ve always known, making sense of new feelings or experiences, or unpacking the impact of societal and familial messages. Our clinicians bring years of experience in gender- and sexuality-affirming care, having supported clients through a wide range of identity journeys, transitions, and life stages.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and we believe it is most powerful within a safe, trusting relationship. We take a relational approach, creating a space where you feel truly heard, affirmed, and supported—never rushed or boxed in. Our goal is not to push you toward a specific outcome, but to support you in unfolding at your own pace, in your own way.
We welcome people of all identities and experiences—trans, nonbinary, gender expansive, queer, questioning, and everything in between and beyond. Whether you’re navigating relationships, considering social or medical transitioning, processing internalized stigma, or simply seeking a space to explore who you are, we’re here with openness and expertise.
If you’re looking for a therapist to support your journey with gender or sexual identity, we invite you to reach out. Let’s explore together whether we’re the right fit to begin this work.
We recognize that gender identity is deeply personal and may evolve over time. Our role is to support you at every stage of your gender journey with respect, care, and clinical integrity. Our approach is collaborative—we partner with you to explore what feels authentic and affirming, while also addressing areas of distress that may arise. In our practice, we do not pathologize identity. Instead, we focus on understanding how distress manifests—often shaped by the identities people hold and the systems they navigate. We draw on evidence-based interventions to reduce that distress and support overall well-being.
We provide support across all aspects of gender-related care, including:
Exploring social transition options such as trying a new hairstyle, changing your style of dress, adopting a new name, or using different pronouns
Guidance and resources for legal processes like name changes and gender marker updates
Assistance in finding affirming medical providers for both general healthcare and gender-related medical care
Writing letters to support access to gender-affirming medical treatments, including puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and surgical procedures
Grounded in research and evidence-based practices, our team provides care that is both informed and compassionate. Throughout this work, we emphasize partnership, honoring your pace, preferences, and individual needs to help you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
We follow the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care (v. 8).
